Mariner's Pointe

Mariner’s Pointe at Smithstone is a fully developed town home community of 81 two and three bedroom homes. It is located in the Smithstone development on the western shores of beautiful Lake Norman, North Carolina approximately 20 miles north of Charlotte in the township of Denver. Denver is a part of Lincoln County, a fast growing area with many opportunities for shopping, dining, and professional services. Mariner’s Pointe is located off Highway 16, two and one half miles north of NC73.

Mariner’s Pointe was incorporated in 2001, and is a part of the Smithstone Community, which shares the use of a community pool, clubhouse, and other common amenities. However, Mariner’s Pointe is separately incorporated.
