Who We Are

Mariners' Pointe at Smithstone is a fully developed town home community of 81 two and three bedroom town homes. It is located in the Smithstone development on the western shores of beautiful Lake Norman, North Carolina approximately 20 miles northeast of Charlotte in the township of Denver. Denver is a part of Lincoln County, a fast growing area with many opportunities for shopping, dining, and professional services. Mariner's Pointe is located off what is now called Business Highway 16, two and one half miles north of NC73.
