Over the next few weeks the site will be under new development. Paul and myself (kelly) will be creating content for the new site. Please be patient during this process.

Click on the menu selection boxes, above the black bar, to go to the various areas of this new web site. By the way, almost all of the documents and newsletters are stored in .PDF format for easy viewing.

Also, currently you do not need a user login on this web site, unless you desire to participate in a forum.
